Refund policy

Due to all Candelux Candle items being handmade returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. The Candelux Company does accept damage return and replace while supplies last. If a customer purchases a candle that is damaged and is out of stock, a refund will be made available.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 


Damaged Exchanges
If an item is shipped damaged, you are eligible for a damaged exchange of a candle you purchased while supplies last. To be eligible for a damaged exchange, you will need to contact us at info@thecandeluxco.com to send your proof of purchase along with your name and order number with pictures of the damaged item(s). The Items can not be used. Must be shipped damaged to receive a damage exchange.


Refunds
 If items were damaged in shipment and the item is out of stock, you will get a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
